1st Day
Morning departure from Athens. Pilgrimage to the Holy Monastery of Saint John the Baptist. Continue towards to village Dimitsana with the picturesque mansions. There we will visit the Open Air Museum Water Power and the Gunpowder Mills, where during the revolution Kolokotronis had the largest powder keg of Peloponnese.
We will see the famous school and the monastery of Panagia Aimialon. We will continue to graphically Vytina, birthplace of the historical Constantine Paparrigopoulos. Pilgrimage to the monastery of Kernitsa. Arrival, check in at the hotel, overnight stay
2nd Day
Departure to Megalopolis - Isari. Arrival at the church of St Theodora. There are 17 trees germinated on the roof while waters welling from the groundwork. On our return to Tripoli we will arrive in St. Peter, a beautiful village situated at the foot of mountain Parnonos. Pilgrimage to the Monastery of Panagia Malevis. Return to Athens in late afternoon.
