Pelion

1^st Day

Departure early in the morning. Visit to the Lower Monastery Panagia Xenia to worship the Holy Belt of the Virgin Mary. . Departure for Makrynitsa, the picturesque village of Pelion, described as "balcony of Pelion." great views to Volos and Pagassitikos bay. Afterwards we will visit the beautiful village Portaria. Arrival and check in at hotel.

2^nd Day

After breakfast depart for Milies, village of Anthimos Gazi, where we will visit the Railway Station which terminates the picturesque train of Pelion, τον Church Archangels of Milies , with great paintings and library Anthimos Gazes. Continue for the Sacred Monastery of St. John the Baptist of Sikis. Return to hotel.

3^rd Day

Visit to the "Convention Center Thessaly", with its panoramic view of the city of Volos, Pelion and Pagassitikos Gulf. Guided tour to Congress Centre of the Metropolis and possible short lecture or presentation and small talk. Departure for the female Sacred Monastery of the Archangels St. George Nileias, that multimembered sodality develops rich spiritual action. Lunch at the Monastery with the nuns.Early in the afternoon we take the road back to Athens.
