Tinos

1^st Day

Departure from Rafina to Tinos. Arrival at the Island of the Blessed Virgin.

Pilgrimage to the Church Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. On the ground floor there is a museum with a collection of great artistic value, and the mausoleum of "Elli" which was torpedoed on August 15, 1940.

Sightseeing tour of the Holy Foundation (Church of Evresis - Hagiographies - Museum - Gallery).

Then, passing through the villages: Volax, Skalados, Kardiani and Ysternia, we will arrive at Pyrgos, which is the largest village of the island.

Visit the home and museum of Giannoulis Halepas as well as the museum of Tinian artists.

Visit the picturesque harbor of Panormos in North Tinos. Late in the afternoon, arrival and check in at our hotel, rest. Evening free for a walk at the picturesque harbor.

2^nd Day

Tinos - Monastery of St Pelagia.

Departure for pilgrimage to the Monastery Kechrovouni Assumption, which was founded in 9th century. Has carved iconostasis. Here preserved the simple cell where the nun Pelagia lived. Her visionsled to the search of the miraculous image of the Virgin Mary.

Then you can spend your free time by visiting the market of Chora. Late in the afternoon boarding the ferry to Rafina.
